Constructed from 2.0mm thick raw steel, the fender is precision-cut using robotic plasma technology for a consistent, strong shape. To ensure long-term durability, BK subjects every fender to a heat-treatment process that eliminates internal stress, preventing the metal from cracking under the stress of engine vibrations. Since it is delivered in raw steel, it is an ideal candidate for custom welding and modification, though it will require finish grinding before you apply your final paint.
