Removing slotted oil pump and tappet screen plugs can often lead to chewed-up hardware if you aren't careful. This MCS tool is designed to fit those OEM-style slotted plugs perfectly, allowing you to use a regular open-end wrench for removal and installation. It is particularly useful for 1953–1999 Big Twin models (excluding Twin Cams) equipped with OEM-style slotted plugs.
