About This Product
MCS ball bearing for the outer end of the starter motor commutator. It fits 1989 and 1990 Big Twins. Replaces OEM 8882. Sold individually. The bearing supports the armature in the starter nose cone. When it dries out the starter drags and draws excess current. Pull the end cap, press the old bearing out square, and press the new one in flush. Pack the cavity with fresh grease.
