CD-2-90 BDL, clutch kit for primary chain drive

This BDL clutch kit is an excellent upgrade for riders who want to retain their primary chain drive while improving shifting performance. It is compatible with 1994 to 2006 Big Twin models, with the exception of the 2006 Dyna. The kit is designed to work with a 25-tooth motor sprocket, such as OEM 40308-94, and fits neatly inside the stock primary housing. It includes a complete BDL Competitor clutch assembly and a clutch shell with a starter ring gear for electric start models. By reusing your existing primary chain and adjuster, you can achieve positive shifts and eliminate clutch drag without a full primary conversion.
