About This Product
This is a Cycle Electric unmolded alternator stator. It is a 22 AMP unit. It fits 1981 to 1988 Big Twin models. It replaces OEM part number 29965-81A. The windings are exposed so primary oil circulates round them. That improves cooling and prevents the overheating failures that kill standard stators. It suits late Shovelhead and Evolution charging systems.
