It serves as a direct replacement for OEM reference 29900055. This unit fits 2018 to 2024 Softail models and 2017 to 2024 Touring models, excluding 2023-2024 CVO and 2024 Street Glide FLHX models. It is specifically intended for bikes running a 40 Amp system. Note that many stock later models come equipped with a 48 Amp charging system, so verify your requirements before installation.
