About This Product
This BDL diaphragm clutch spring is a heavy-duty replacement designed for several Belt Drives Ltd. systems. It is the correct spring for the competitor clutch setups and the 518883 belt drive kit, fitting 1990 through 2005 Big Twin models. The diaphragm spring is responsible for providing the clamping force required to hold your clutch plates together under load. If your clutch is slipping despite having good plates, a fatigued spring is often the cause. Swapping in this fresh BDL spring will restore the bite your clutch needs to handle the power of your Big Twin engine.
