When your vintage 1941–1978 1200cc or 80-inch Knucklehead, Panhead, or Shovelhead cylinders have seen better days, this +.080" oversize KB Performance forged piston kit provides a path to a fresh top end. These pistons are forged from 4032 aluminum alloy, a material chosen for its high strength and resistance to the stresses of detonation. The domed head is configured for an 8.5:1 compression ratio with 112cc heads. Sold as a set, the kit is complete with rings and offset wrist pins. Note that the offset pin design requires the pistons to be installed in a specific direction for the front and rear cylinders, so be sure to follow the provided instructions closely.
