About This Product
This National Cycle windshield mount kit is designed for models equipped with 39mm fork tubes, fitting 1988–2020 XL Sportster (excluding XL883C, XL1200C/CX/T/X/XS, XR1200, and 2011–2020 XL883 models), 1987–1994 FXR, and 1995–2005 FXD Dyna. Sold as a kit, it provides the necessary hardware to mount National Cycle windshields including models 516887, 901975, and 901876. The windshield clamps directly to the fork tubes between the triple trees. Note that this system is not compatible with tin or aluminium FL-style headlight housings. For the XL1200NS, the headlamp visor must be removed prior to installation.
