This simple bolt-on kit is made in the USA and lowers the rear of the machine by 1 inch. It works by moving the lower shock mount position back, and it is compatible with both stock and aftermarket shocks. Installation is quick, typically taking less than 30 minutes with no permanent modifications required. Please note that it reduces rear wheel travel by about half an inch and does not fit 1987 to early 1989 Sportster models equipped with the clevis-type lower shock mount.
