About This Product
The Progressive Suspension 422 Series RAP shocks fit Softail models. Adjusting standard Softail shocks is awkward because they sit tucked under the frame. The remote preload adjuster on these sits behind the left passenger peg. You can add preload for a passenger or luggage without heavy tools. They are height-adjustable. Run them at stock height or drop the rear up to two inches lower. Damping control improves.
