About This Product
KB Keith Black cast hypereutectic pistons for 1200 Sportster. Replaces OEM 22253-86. The aluminium alloy lets you run tighter piston-to-wall clearance than forged, as little as 0.0005 inches. That keeps the skirts cool, minimises expansion and quiets the top end. The lighter casting reduces wear and improves fuel efficiency. Each set contains two pistons, Hastings chrome moly rings, pins and circlips. They tolerate high ring temperatures and resist detonation. Sold as a set.
