About This Product
Taking a stock 80-inch Evolution Big Twin up to 89 inches is a classic performance move, and this S&S piston set is the heart of that conversion. Designed for 1984 to 1999 Evo models, these standard 3-1/2 inch bore pistons are intended for use with 4-5/8 inch stroker flywheels. This setup allows you to retain your stock cylinders and heads while achieving a displacement of 1459cc and a compression ratio of approximately 9.25:1. The forged construction ensures these pistons can handle the increased torque of a stroker motor. Sold as a set, the kit includes forged pistons, wrist pins, clips, and rings. It is a fantastic way to get big-inch power out of a reliable Evolution platform without radical modifications.
