Reassembling engine cases can be tricky, but this JIMS crankshaft guide tool makes the process much smoother. It is designed to spread the crankcase pinion bearing rollers while you are re-assembling the right-side engine case onto the flywheel assembly, preventing pinched rollers or misaligned bearings. This versatile tool fits 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam models, 2017 to 2026 Milwaukee-Eight engines, and 2003 to 2010 Buell XB models. It is a precision instrument that belongs in the drawer of any tech working on modern Harley-Davidson bottom ends to ensure a perfect assembly every time.
