About This Product
JIMS cam gear alignment and installation tool for 1970 to 1999 Big Twin models, excluding Twin Cam engines. It holds the gear square while you tighten it so the timing marks stay dead on. Use it with JIMS cam gear removal tool part number 978387. If the cam gear is clocked wrong, the valve train will not operate correctly and you will be back inside the primary.
