About This Product
WAI Global unmoulded alternator stator for 1997-1998 FLT Touring models. This excludes Dyna and Softail applications. The unmoulded construction runs cooler than standard units by letting heat escape from the windings. That stops the premature failures you see on the factory stator. It is a direct fit replacement. Swap it in, refill the primary oil, and check your charging voltage at the battery with the engine running.
