About This Product
This is a WAI Global unmoulded alternator stator. It fits 2008 through 2017 Softail and Dyna models. The coils sit in the primary oil bath without a moulded block round them. Oil circulation pulls heat out of the windings. That prevents the thermal breakdown that kills stators. Remove the primary cover. Inspect the rotor for heat marks or scoring. Replace the primary gasket. Torque the cover to spec.
