MCS kingsize Sportster gas tank holds 3.1 gallons. It fits 1958–1978 XL Sportster models and custom builds. The petcock location is on the right side. It accepts pre-1983 bayonet-style gas caps. The shell is wider than stock to hold the extra fuel while keeping the classic peanut profile. Pressure-test it, seal it, and test-fit before you send it for paint. OEM reference 505570.
