About This Product
This BDL 3-inch open belt drive kit is built for kickstart-only applications and fits 1955-1965 Panheads and 1966-1983 4-speed Shovelheads. It features a 76-47 drive ratio, giving you a slightly higher gear than stock for better cruising. The kit is machined from 3596-T6 aluminum and includes Aramid friction plates to handle high-performance Big Bore or stroker motors. You can reuse your stock 4-speed clutch components with this setup. Note that it fits 1955-up splined sprocket shafts only and will not fit early tapered shafts. It is a rugged, high-quality primary drive that offers that iconic open-belt look and easy maintenance access for your vintage Big Twin.
