Getting exhaust gaskets seated perfectly can be a real pain without the right gear. This Jims installer tool is made from blue anodized aluminum and is designed to press exhaust gaskets into the head perfectly straight every time. This prevents the distortion that often leads to annoying exhaust leaks down the road. It is incredibly versatile, fitting 1984 to 2026 Big Twins, 1986 to 2022 Sportsters, and even 2008 to 2012 XR1200 and 1987 to 2010 Buell XB models. It also works with 1984 and later style S&S engines, making it a staple for any Harley mechanic's toolbox.
