This 240mm wide short BK Stiletto rear fender is a rugged choice for custom Softail builds with 14-inch to 18-inch wheels. Constructed from 2.0mm thick steel, it is precision-cut with robotic plasma for a clean finish. BK’s signature post-weld heat treatment is applied to eliminate internal stress, making the fender highly resistant to cracking from road and engine vibrations. With a 39cm radius, it is designed to accommodate 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel. The fender arrives in raw steel and will require finish grinding and standard paint preparation. This universal Softail part is an excellent foundation for builders wanting a wide-tire look with a short, aggressive profile.
