The BK Wrap-It rear fender is a versatile universal-fit component designed for custom builds running 14-inch to 18-inch diameter tires. At 190mm wide, it is precision-cut from 2.0mm thick raw steel using robotic plasma technology to ensure a consistent circular profile. To handle the rigors of the road, BK applies a special heat process after welding to eliminate internal stress, significantly reducing the risk of cracking from vibration. The fender has a 39cm radius, providing enough clearance for 5cm to 8cm of suspension movement. Because it is supplied in raw steel without a coating, it is ready for custom fabrication and welding, though you should expect to do some minor finish grinding to get it ready for paint.
