This medium-length BK Stiletto rear fender features an impressive 350mm width, making it a prime choice for wide-tire custom Softail builds. It is designed to fit 14-inch to 18-inch diameter tires, with a 39cm radius that provides clearance for 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel. Precision-manufactured from 2.0mm thick raw steel using robotic plasma cutting, the fender is exceptionally strong and easy to weld. To ensure it stands up to the vibrations of a V-twin, it is heat-treated after welding to eliminate internal stress and prevent cracking. As this is a raw steel component, it will require some finish grinding and surface prep before painting, allowing you to achieve a perfect custom finish.
