The medium-length BK Stiletto rear fender in a 280mm width is a rugged choice for Softail customizers. Designed for 14-inch to 18-inch tires, it features a 39cm radius that provides the necessary room for 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel. The fender is robotic plasma cut from 2.0mm thick raw steel, ensuring a high-strength part that is easy to work with. To protect against the cracking and deformation often caused by road vibrations, the steel is heat-treated to remove internal stresses. This fender arrives in raw steel without any coating, making it perfect for custom fabrication. Note that some finish grinding will be necessary to achieve a smooth surface before you move on to the painting stage.
