The BK Half Moon front fender is a classic choice for universal custom applications using 16-inch to 18-inch diameter tires. This 116mm wide fender is robotic plasma cut from 2.0mm thick raw steel, providing a strong and easy-to-weld component for your front end. It features a 33cm radius, though we always recommend checking your specific tire dimensions for the tightest fit. To ensure the fender survives the vibrations of the road without cracking, it is heat-treated after welding to eliminate internal stress. Arriving in raw steel without any coating, it is ready for your custom mounting solution and will require some finish grinding to get the surface ready for a professional paint job.
