This BK Tribal front fender is a heavy-duty custom component precision-cut from 2.0mm thick steel. Designed with a 33cm radius, its short profile makes it compatible with wheel sizes ranging from 16 to 21 inches. BK employs a specialized heat treatment process after welding to eliminate internal stress, which prevents the metal from cracking under the heavy vibrations typical of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The fender is robotic plasma cut for accuracy and features a 116mm width. It is supplied in a raw finish and requires final grinding and preparation before painting, offering a robust foundation for custom front-end builds. Sold individually.
