About This Product
This BK Imagin rear fender is a serious piece of raw steel for custom builders. Measuring 280mm wide, it’s the largest in the BK lineup and serves as a perfect blank canvas for a one-off project. It features a 39cm radius and is designed for use with 14-inch to 18-inch diameter tires, leaving about 5 to 8cm for suspension travel. The 2.0mm thick steel is robotic plasma cut for precision and undergoes a special heat treatment after welding to eliminate internal stress. This process prevents the metal from cracking when subjected to heavy vibrations. It arrives in raw steel and may require some finish grinding before paint.
