For those running an ultra-wide setup, this 350mm wide BK Imagin rear fender offers the ultimate foundation for a custom build. It is precision-engineered from 2.0mm thick raw steel and is designed to fit universal applications with 14-inch to 18-inch tires. The robotic plasma-cut edges and special post-weld heat treatment ensure the material remains stress-free, which is vital for preventing cracks caused by engine and road vibration. With a 39cm radius, it provides ample room for 5 to 8cm of suspension travel. Like all raw steel fenders, it may require some light finish grinding to get it perfect before you hit the paint booth.
