About This Product
S&S 96-inch to 106-inch big bore cylinder and piston kit with silver powder-coated cylinders. The 3.927-inch bore is the largest S&S recommends for stock crankcase spigots, so you need not machine the cases. The forged pistons require no flywheel re-balancing. They carry enlarged valve pockets for oversize valves and high-lift cams. Compression is 10:1 with stock 89cc heads, or 10.7:1 with S&S 79cc heads. It fits 2006-2017 96-inch Dyna, 2007-2017 96-inch Softail and 2007-2016 96-inch FLT/Touring models. S&S advises against boring OEM cylinders to this diameter. Structural integrity is the reason.
