About This Product
Transform your 883 Sportster with this KB Performance 1200cc big bore conversion kit. Sold as a set in a +.010" oversize, these high-compression pistons provide a 10:1 ratio and are designed to work seamlessly with stock, unmodified cylinder heads. The T6 heat-treated 390 hypereutectic cast construction features a 16% silicone content, which allows the engine to run with very tight clearances for improved longevity and quiet operation. This kit fits 1986 to 2022 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 models. Note that the top compression ring requires extra clearance per the instructions. For 2004 and newer 883 models, please be aware that stock cylinders cannot be bored to this size; 1200cc cylinders must be used instead.
