About This Product
This S&S Big Bore cylinder and piston kit is designed to take your 88-inch Twin Cam up to 97 inches without the need for case boring. It fits 1999 to 2005 Dyna, 1999 to 2006 Touring, and 2000 to 2006 Softail models. The cylinders are finished in a durable black powder coat to match many factory engine treatments. With a 3.927" bore, S&S has maximized the displacement possible with stock crankcase spigots. The kit includes forged pistons that are weight-matched to avoid the need for re-balancing the flywheels. You will achieve a 9.7:1 compression ratio with stock 85cc heads, providing a significant bump in torque and horsepower. This kit is sold as a set and includes all necessary components for the top-end conversion.
