This custom Sportster-style gas tank is a great option for universal applications where you want that classic narrow profile but need a bit more capacity. Holding approximately 3.5 gallons or 13.2 liters, it features a low tunnel design that sits high on the frame for a traditional look. It is compatible with pre-1983 bayonet-style gas caps and a 3/8 NPT threaded petcock. Additionally, it includes two 1/4 NPT threaded holes at the rear for custom petcock setups. The tank measures roughly 40cm long by 27.5cm wide and has a 6cm tunnel width. As with any custom tank like OEM number 914125, we always recommend pressure testing, sealing, and test-fitting before you send it off for paint to ensure a perfect finish.
