This MCS axed gas tank offers a unique dual-cap look for custom Harley builds, providing a 2.2-gallon capacity in a compact 14.75-inch long shell. It is equipped with universal mounting tabs to simplify the fabrication process. For plumbing, you will find a right-side bung for 3/8" NPT threaded petcocks and a left-side 1/2"-20 threaded bung which is perfect for draining old fuel after a long winter. This tank is designed to take pre-1983 bayonet-style gas caps. Like all custom sheet metal, it is essential to pressure test and seal the tank before applying your final paint job.
