This flatside gas tank set is a high-quality stock-style replacement for those looking to restore or customize a classic Softail. With a 3.5-gallon capacity, these tanks are designed for use with 1983-up screw-type gas caps. They feature the correct flatside mounting pattern to fit 1984 to 1999 Softail models and 1985 to 1986 FXWG Wide Glides, as well as many custom frames. These are sold as a set and carry the OEM part number 960134. As with any aftermarket tank, I always recommend pressure testing and test-fitting them before you send them off for paint. The factory coating is just there to prevent rust during storage, so they will need proper prep before finishing.
