About This Product
You need this JIMS valve spring adapter collar when fitting Beehive springs with the 978226 compressor tool. It fits 2005 to 2017 Twin Cam models except the 2016 to 2017 110-inch Softails. It also covers 2004 to 2022 XL Sportster, 2008 to 2012 XR1200, and 2003 to 2010 Buell XB. The collar gives a square seat for one-piece Beehive springs and stops the compressor from slipping off the retainer during top-end assembly.
