This Cometic EST (Extreme Sealing Technology) motor gasket kit is the definitive solution for a complete engine overhaul on a 3-1/2" bore Evolution. The set is sold as a set and includes every gasket, seal, and o-ring required for the job, even the primary gaskets. The kit features .030" thick MLS head gaskets that eliminate the need for dowel pin o-rings, alongside .020" thick SLS base gaskets coated in high-temperature Viton rubber. The rocker cover gaskets are also SLS, designed to resist weeping and brittleness over time. With Viton valve seals and exhaust gaskets that won't fray into the ports, this kit fits 1992–1999 Evolution Big Twin models perfectly.
