For V-Rod engines with big-bore conversions, these .030-inch thick MLS head gaskets from Cometic provide an exceptional seal. Sold as a pair, they are manufactured using Multi-Layer-Steel technology, consisting of embossed stainless steel layers and a high-temperature polymer rubber coating. This construction is rated for temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius and includes stainless steel inner rings for added strength. These gaskets eliminate the need for dowel pin o-rings and are riveted together for easy installation. They fit 2002 to 2007 V-Rod models, excluding the VRSCX, with 4-1/8 inch big bore cylinders.
