When you have stepped up to 3-13/16 inch big bore cylinders on a 1966 to 1984 Shovelhead, standard gaskets just will not cut it. This Cometic EST top end kit is specifically engineered for those larger bores, featuring 3.812-inch Multi-Layer Steel head gaskets without oil drain holes. Sold as a set, the kit also includes .020-inch Single-Layer Steel cylinder base and rocker cover gaskets, both treated with a high-temperature Viton coating. This combination provides an incredibly strong seal that resists tearing and weeping. It is a complete package of gaskets, seals, and O-rings designed to handle the increased demands and thermal cycles of a high-displacement Shovelhead build, ensuring a perfect seal every time.
