Modern Harley electronics can be sensitive to aftermarket lighting, but the Custom Dynamics Dynamic Load Isolator makes those issues a thing of the past. Designed for 2018 to 2024 M8 Softail models, including the Heritage Classic, Low Rider S, Low Rider ST, and Street Bob, this plug-and-play unit electronically isolates your bike's Body Control Module (BCM). It prevents nuisance fault codes and protects your factory wiring from potential shorts in custom accessories. The DLI provides dedicated outputs for run, brake, and turn signals, supporting both LED and incandescent bulbs. With a 30-amp total capacity and five separate grounds, it is the safest way to add custom lighting while preserving your factory warranty and ensuring your electrical system remains stable.

The DLI will feed turn power only on the output ports with LTOUT and RTOUT labels. OEM wiring for 2018-2024 Harley-Davidson® Softail Street Bob (FXBB/FXBBS); Fat Boy (FLFB/FLFBS); 2018-2023 Fat Bob (FXFB/FXFBS); 2020-2024 Softail Standard (FXST); 2018-2020 Breakout (FXSB/FXSR); 2023-2024 Breakout 117 (FXBR); 2018-2021 Sport Glide (FLSB) and Slim (FLSL) models typically carry brake & turn signal power. The DLI will feed brake & turn signal power on the output ports with LTOUT and RTOUT labels.
