About This Product
The Cycle Electric unmolded alternator stator delivers 32 amps of charging power for 2007–2013 Harley-Davidson XL Sportster and 2008–2012 XR1200 models. Unlike molded stators, this unmolded design benefits from improved cooling, which helps prevent overheating issues that can shorten stator life. The open construction allows air to circulate around the windings, dissipating heat more effectively and generally offering a longer service life compared to factory sealed units. This is a practical upgrade for Sportster riders who have experienced charging system problems or who run additional electrical accessories that place higher demands on the charging system.
