This KB Performance high-compression pop-up piston kit is designed for 1984 to 1999 1340cc Evolution Big Twin models. Sold as a set and oversized by .005 inches, these pistons feature a .200-inch dome to achieve a 10.5:1 compression ratio. Constructed from T6 heat-treated 390 hypereutectic aluminum with 16% silicone, they are built for tight clearances and quiet operation. It is critical that the top compression ring is gapped with the additional clearance specified in the instructions. This kit is an excellent choice for performance-oriented builds where maximizing power and maintaining engine longevity are the primary goals.
