This KB Performance forged piston kit allows you to bore your 1999 to 2006 88 inch Twin Cam out to a 95 inch displacement with a +.010 inch oversize. These pistons are engineered for a 3-7/8 inch bore and provide a 9.25:1 compression ratio when used with 85cc heads. Made from 4032 high-silicon alloy, these forged pistons offer superior strength and are fully machined for precision. The kit is sold as a set and includes offset wrist pins, retaining rings, and a complete ring set. The offset pin design helps reduce piston slap and noise, but it requires careful attention to the front and rear orientation during the build. Remember to allow for an additional .001 inch of piston-to-wall clearance compared to stock cast pistons to accommodate the expansion of the forged aluminum.
