About This Product
This S&S forged piston kit is designed as a replacement for 4-1/8" bore SSW+ (Super Sidewinder Plus) engines, covering both Evolution and Twin Cam configurations. These forged pistons are machined to a +.010" oversize, providing a precise solution for engine overhauls requiring a cylinder rebore. S&S Cycle utilizes advanced forging techniques to ensure these components withstand the thermal and mechanical stresses of large-displacement V-twin powerplants. Each kit is sold as a kit and includes two pistons, wrist pins, wrist pin clips, and a complete set of piston rings. Professional installation is required to verify clearances and ensure proper break-in procedures are followed for optimal engine longevity and performance.
