JIMS cam and pinion gear gauge pins measure .108 inch diameter and are sold as a pair. Use them to check gear pitch diameter and mesh on 1990 to 1999 Big Twin models. They also suit S&S or OEM Twin Cam engines running aftermarket gear-driven cams. Loose mesh clicks. Tight mesh whines and kills gear teeth or bearings. Check your service manual sizing chart and set the clearance properly.
