JIMS cam chain tensioner tool. Unloads tension from both the primary and secondary chain tensioners safely. It also lets you check the spring loads to see if they are still within factory spec. Fits 1999 to 2006 Twin Cam models except the 2006 Dyna. You will want this for cam swaps or tensioner inspection on early Twin Cam engines. It keeps the job controlled and prevents damage to the cam chest.
