About This Product
When you are building a high-performance Evolution engine, the crankcase is the foundation of everything. These S&S Superstock crankcases are cast from 356-T6 aluminum, making them significantly stronger than the original factory units which are known to fail under heavy stress. Sold as a set, these black-finished cases come ready for the engine builder with Timken main bearing races and cam needle bearings already installed. S&S has also included cylinder studs, case bolts, and a magnetic drain plug to save you time on the bench. They are clearanced for strokes up to five inches and feature a ported breather design for better oil scavenging. This assembly fits 1984 to 1991 Evolution Big Twin models and serves as a premium replacement for OEM 26190-73.
