When you are swapping cams on a Twin Cam or Milwaukee-Eight, keeping the lifters from dropping into the crankcase is a priority. This Jims magnetic tappet holding tool set makes the job much easier. The tools install directly over the tappet cover, using rare earth magnets to securely hold the lifters in their bores while the cam is removed. This set is sold as a pair and includes a form-fitted tray to protect the magnets from damage during storage. It is an essential addition to any engine builder's drawer, fitting 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam engines and 2017 to 2026 Milwaukee-Eight powerplants.
