About This Product
Designed for 1984 to 1999 Evolution Big Twin engines, this S&S piston set is intended for 96-inch stroker builds using 3-5/8 inch big bore cylinders. These pistons are +.010 inch oversize, making them ideal for refreshing a bore or during a new build that requires a slight overbore for perfect clearances. They are designed to work with stock cylinder heads and a 4-5/8 inch stroke, providing a compression ratio of about 10.1:1. Sold as a set, you get forged pistons, wrist pins, clips, and rings. This setup allows you to retain a stock-length manifold while significantly boosting the power of your Evo. As always, precision measurement and professional installation are required to get the best results from these forged components.
