Upgrade your 2008 to 2012 XR1200 or 2008 to 2010 Buell 1200 XB with this premium KB Performance piston kit. These +.005" oversize forged aluminum pistons are built for stock stroke engines and provide excellent compression options, reaching 10.1:1 with 62cc heads. Sold as a set, they are T6 heat-treated and feature a domed head with a -1cc volume. The 390 hypereutectic properties combined with the forged construction allow for tight clearances and exceptional durability. These pistons utilize offset wrist pins to minimize noise, so it is critical to install them in the correct front and rear orientation as per the instructions. This kit is an ideal choice for riders demanding high strength and quiet operation from their performance V-twin.
