When it is time to rebuild an Evolution motor, these KB Performance forged pistons are a top-tier choice for the 1340cc Big Twin. Fitting 1984 to 1999 models, this set is bored .010 over and features a 9.5:1 compression ratio with stock 80cc heads. Manufactured from 4032 forged aluminum alloy with 11% silicon, these pistons offer superior structural integrity and resistance to cracking under detonation. Because of the forging process, they require slightly more wall clearance than cast pistons but provide unmatched durability for high-stress applications. The kit is sold as a set and includes wrist pins, retaining rings, and piston rings.
